This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the Family product segment within Lilli's overall product strategy, collaborating with the Head of Product to determine its integration with our public sector initiatives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of families and caregivers—their needs, behaviors, motivations, and the reasons behind their disengagement.
• Manage the customer journey in its entirety: from proposition and onboarding to regular usage, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and prioritize significant problems to address, utilizing interviews, observations, product analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation.
• Translate ambiguous customer issues into distinct product hypotheses, requirements, and measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to shape solutions from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Make informed prioritization and scope trade-offs within your product area.
• Establish success metrics and leverage data to evaluate the effectiveness of what you have developed.
• Conduct experiments aimed at enhancing activation, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Work in partnership with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure the entire proposition functions seamlessly—not just the software.
• Bring customer insights and product learnings back to the Head of Product and the broader organization, challenging assumptions when evidence suggests otherwise.
• You have experience owning and growing consumer products, and you grasp the elements that contribute to their success: proposition, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• You are adept at utilizing product analytics and customer research to inform decisions, rather than merely gathering requirements.
• You can clarify ambiguous customer challenges into distinct priorities—and clear product solutions.
• You have collaborated closely with engineers, designers, and data teams throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.
• You are comfortable with experimentation, quick learning, and pivoting when something isn't working as intended.
• You possess strong product judgment and can differentiate between what customers request and the underlying problems that need resolution.
• You value simple, high-quality customer experiences.
• You communicate effectively and can constructively challenge colleagues and stakeholders.
• You assess success based on customer and business outcomes—not solely on features delivered.
• Experience with design, AI or data-driven products, connected devices, healthcare, or other trust-centric products is desirable but not essential.
• We operate as a remote company with flexible working hours, as we believe an inspiring workspace is crucial.
• Since we do not maintain a physical office, we will supply everything you need to set up your home workspace.
• We regularly convene to collaborate, review, and plan our progress, as well as to celebrate our teammates and successes.
• Our team is dedicated to fostering a solid working culture that is supportive and inclusive.
• Enjoy unlimited Work Away from Home days.
• Benefit from a generous 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Access to a Health Cash Plan.
• Participate in an Electric Car Scheme.
