Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and the ongoing development of the Lease a Bike platform for all customer segments throughout the entire customer journey.

• Actively foster product innovation and pinpoint new opportunities.

• Shape the product and platform in response to market trends and customer challenges.

• Emphasize user experience and conversion rates.

• Design, develop, and enhance product offerings.

• Prepare product-related business cases and presentation materials.

• Measure product success and respond swiftly to changes.

• Collaborate with product management teams throughout the corporate organization.

• Coordinate efforts among internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve the product vision.

• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners and explore joint growth possibilities.

• Recognize market trends and integrate market feedback into strategic initiatives.

• Provide regular project status updates to management.

• Proactively implement measures to ensure project success from the outset.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in business administration, computer science/business informatics, digital product management, or a similar qualification obtained through relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital product management.

• Preferably, experience in a platform-oriented B2B or B2C setting.

• Familiarity with e-commerce processes, especially checkout flows, product ideation, and multi-customer scenarios.

• Experience in problem and solution discovery, delivery guidance, A/B testing, and agile methodologies.

• Proficient in using tools such as Jira.

• Capability to prioritize and clearly structure requirements.

• Experience in collaborating with IT organizations.

• Initial experience in leading agile, cross-functional teams.

• An understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and digital business models.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-focused approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
