Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives at Kiwi from the initial discovery phase through to launch and measurement.

• Identify challenges and opportunities, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Analyze customer needs and business challenges utilizing data, research, feedback, and team discussions.

• Define problems, desired outcomes, and success metrics prior to developing solutions.

• Assess options and trade-offs concerning customer impact, business value, risk, operational requirements, and implementation efforts.

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to craft solutions and oversee development and launch processes.

• Ensure alignment among Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on decisions related to initiatives.

• Evaluate post-launch results and enhance the product based on insights gained.

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, leading initiatives from problem discovery through to launch and measurement.

• Strong product judgment: capability to analyze complex problems, assess options, recommend priorities, and clarify decisions.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design on digital products that involve intricate processes and integrations.

• Ability to integrate data, research, and customer feedback in making product decisions.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align teams with diverse needs and objectives.

• Independence to drive initiatives, tackle obstacles, and adapt strategies as new information emerges.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Residing in Argentina, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic.

• Previous experience as a Product Manager; specific years of experience are not detailed in the posting.
