Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the B2C product roadmap for JoVE Coach, guiding it from initial discovery to final launch.

• Prioritize user experience, consumer engagement, retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Perform market and user research to uncover revenue potential and evaluate the competitive landscape in AI-driven learning and consumer edtech.

• Discover practical uses for AI and emerging LLM capabilities to enhance product experience, personalization, and learning outcomes.

• Drive strategic projects from the concept stage through to execution.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to define scope, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely feature delivery.

• Work in tandem with design, engineering, marketing, and growth teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to pinpoint growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with experience in building at least one product.

• Solid understanding of engineering processes and experience working closely with engineering teams.

• Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or Edtech is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with consumer (B2C) product experience.

• Proficient knowledge of cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLM APIs, AI-assisted development, and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with current AI/LLM capabilities and their relevant applications to product challenges.

• Strong design sensibilities and ability to collaborate with design teams to create exceptional user experiences.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, dynamic environment.
