Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the development, iteration, and advancement of the managed-service application towards significant milestones.

• Craft clear, actionable user stories and comprehensive product documentation.

• Propel product initiatives beyond the launch phase, ensuring feature adoption, user understanding, and value delivery.

• Analyze and articulate user challenges to inform product decisions.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering on sprint planning, quality assurance, and execution.

• Transform user feedback into enhancements for the product and insights for the roadmap.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing on the creation of documentation and tools.

• Contribute to scalable product processes, including retrospectives, feedback loops, and scrum ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within an adtech, martech, or SaaS environment.

• Hands-on experience working within a Demand-Side Platform (DSP) or a comparable setting.

• Proficient in one or more areas such as planning/forecasting, audience targeting and activation, reporting/measurement, supply path, or bidding logic.

• Outstanding written communication skills and a strong dedication to thorough documentation.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and delivering products in an agile framework.

• Capability to prioritize the most relevant issues using data, curiosity, and sound judgment.

• Ability to manage execution autonomously while seeking assistance or alignment when necessary.
