Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company goals

• Collect and assess customer feedback along with internal requirements

• Convert requirements into detailed tickets and specifications

• Develop mockups and user flows

• Work closely with Engineering, Support, and Executive Management

• Act as the intermediary between Technology, Support, and Business

• Conduct and evaluate qualitative user interviews

• Ensure product development aligns with customer needs

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar capacity

• Capability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers

• Keen attention to design

• Proficient in common prototyping and design tools

• Experience with modern documentation tools is essential

• A responsible, results-focused approach to work

• Strong hands-on attitude

• Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
