Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish product strategy, scope, and roadmap for various product domains, including RCM, workflow automation, clinical tools, or AI agents.

• Engage in discovery with healthcare practices to gain insights into user needs and challenges.

• Work collaboratively with designers and engineers to transform ideas into launched products and refine them based on user feedback.

• Evaluate usage trends, success metrics, and operational effects to drive ongoing enhancements.

• Contribute to the development of the culture and processes within the expanding product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within healthtech or enterprise SaaS.

• Strong instincts for product development and a keen understanding of user experience.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfort with uncertainty, a strong curiosity about intricate systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in creating tools for healthcare providers or back-office personnel (preferred).

• Familiarity with revenue cycle processes, EMRs, or healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR (preferred).

• Knowledge of AI-driven product development (preferred).

• Ability to confirm if employer-sponsored work authorization will be necessary to work in the United States.
