Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the design and engineering teams.

• Facilitate client discussions, gather requirements, align on objectives, showcase work in progress, and manage expectations when competing priorities arise.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Prioritize the product backlog and assist in trade-off decisions, collaborating with the Project Manager on timelines and dependencies.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to transform features from concept to implementation.

• Identify product and technical risks early and address them with the Engineering Manager and team.

• Define and monitor product metrics, demonstrate what is effective to clients, and provide recommendations for future actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product management or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience in taking a product, or a significant feature, from conception to launch.

• Comfortable leading discussions with clients and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage client expectations and balance competing priorities.

• Capable of using data to inform decisions and defining the key metrics for a product.

• User-focused, with sufficient technical knowledge to evaluate engineering trade-offs.

• Experience working in agile environments with distributed teams.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools in daily operations.

• Familiarity with Linear or Jira.

• Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is advantageous, but not mandatory.
