This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to delivery, release acceptance, and adoption.
• Direct product discovery by utilizing customer feedback, stakeholder interviews, workflow observations, support insights, and commercial necessities.
• Identify product challenges, desired outcomes, scope, priorities, and roadmap across the consumer marketplace, operational needs, platform health, and B2B obligations.
• Create product requirement documents that encompass problem framing, goals, scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, edge cases, dependencies, and release considerations.
• Specify platform variations across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android, including notification behaviors.
• Convert approved requirements into sprint-ready stories and manage backlog prioritization.
• Engage in refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release coordination.
• Collaborate with Engineering on feasibility, estimation, sequencing, dependencies, and scope trade-offs.
• Establish acceptance scenarios and user-acceptance test coverage; conduct UAT and ensure final product acceptance before release.
• Direct product strategy for partner and clinic onboarding, partner portals, shift review and approval, permissions, and multi-user workflows.
• Outline requirements for rate structures, billing models, payment resolution, incomplete service scenarios, and third-party integrations.
• Define product outcomes, success metrics, guardrails, and instrumentation requirements for features and experiments.
• Lead demonstrations and walkthroughs for Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and B2B partners.
• Track adoption barriers and workflow friction post-launch, translating feedback into prioritized enhancements.
• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience within a software, SaaS, marketplace, or platform setting.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, produce high-quality PRDs and acceptance criteria, prioritize a backlog, and deliver within an agile product-development lifecycle.
• Experience in launching coordinated experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong judgment in balancing user value, business value, operational impact, technical constraints, and time-sensitive commercial commitments.
• Experience working collaboratively with Product Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex product behavior to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in defining product metrics and instrumentation requirements, and collaborating with analysts to interpret results; advanced data analysis or SQL skills are not mandatory.
