Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that provide value to customers.

• Engage with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to gain insights into workflows, validate requirements, and identify emerging market trends.

• Articulate and communicate the product strategy across internal teams, sales channels, and portfolio leadership.

• Assist in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt events by supplying product context, priorities, and feedback to Scrum teams and the Agile Release Train.

• Advocate for the customer perspective throughout the product lifecycle for durability engineers, simulation analysts, test engineers, and data scientists.

• Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams on positioning, messaging, training, and go-to-market strategies.

• Track product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction to foster continuous improvement.

• Promote innovation and technical excellence in fatigue analysis, durability engineering, and engineering data analytics.

• Lead the integration strategy across the HBK software portfolio and technology partners to enhance connected engineering workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with nCode DesignLife, GlyphWorks, durability engineering, fatigue analysis, or similar engineering software solutions.

• In-depth understanding of fatigue methods, durability validation processes, CAE-driven design, test data analysis, and engineering simulation workflows.

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• Demonstrated experience in product management, application engineering, durability engineering, or a similar technical leadership position.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working within cross-functional software development teams.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to balance strategic planning with practical execution in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

• Knowledge of fatigue and durability standards, including strain-life, stress-life, vibration fatigue, and multiaxial fatigue methodologies.

• Proficiency in simulation-driven development processes and CAE tools such as Ansys, Abaqus, Nastran, OptiStruct, or equivalent platforms.

• Experience with engineering test data acquisition, processing, and analysis techniques.

• Familiarity with cloud-based engineering workflows, digital engineering platforms, and contemporary software architectures.

• Experience delivering presentations at industry conferences, customer forums, or user group meetings.
