Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a prioritized backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and ensure delivery velocity remains on schedule.

• Develop release plans, oversee cross-functional dependencies, and identify risks along with mitigation strategies.

• Guide customer implementations, pilot programs, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms.

• Refine features based on actual call-taker insights.

• Establish KPIs such as call-handling time and AI adoption rates.

• Implement product analytics and adjust the roadmap based on quantifiable results.

• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to uphold CJIS and SOC 2 compliance.

• Offer product expertise for marketing, sales, and support materials.

• Prepare internal teams prior to each release.

• Foster proactive communication, celebrate successes, and enhance processes to boost predictability and team morale.

• Direct the execution, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of essential software products that support public safety and emergency communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be from the United States only.

• 5–10 years of experience in product management or similar product leadership positions.

• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing software products from inception to delivery.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum teams, serving as Product Manager when necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize backlogs, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and maintain consistent delivery velocity.

• Strong background in developing and managing release plans, timelines, and interdepartmental dependencies.

• History of leading customer implementations, pilot projects, or phased rollouts in live environments.

• Advanced capability to define, track, and act on KPIs to influence roadmap and delivery strategies.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments, such as CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA, or similar.

• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities, including collaboration with engineering, security, infrastructure, sales, and support teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in executive-level dialogue.

• Must successfully complete FBI fingerprinting and background checks across multiple states.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
