Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Determine what to create and the rationale behind it by addressing unclear challenges such as prescription/refill drop-off

• Launch AI-driven products within the healthcare sector

• Engage in discovery sessions with customers, pharmacists, and patients

• Collaborate on a daily basis with Engineering and Design teams while delving into product specifics

• Develop quantitative justifications for product priorities and timelines

• Make decisions and deliver products within a cycle time of days to weeks

• Capability to tackle genuinely ambiguous and unsolved challenges without a predefined guide

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently without a defined scope of work

• Prior experience and passion for AI tools and workflows; professional experience in AI product development is not mandatory

• Proficiency in articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

• A natural curiosity and eagerness to understand healthcare and specialty pharmacy

• No prior healthcare experience is necessary
