This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the digital experiences of assigned clients from the initial implementation and transition phases through ongoing product management.

• Spearhead operational readiness initiatives across ServiceMac's extensive digital portfolio.

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to enhance and continuously improve customer-facing digital experiences.

• Create uniform practices for testing, release readiness, knowledge assets, reporting, and monitoring.

• Gather insights on customer needs and preferences through market research.

• Suggest the nature and scope of current and future product lines by examining product specifications and requirements, as well as evaluating new product ideas or modifications.

• Convert product strategy into comprehensive requirements.

• Track the advancement and planning of the product roadmap in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Development, and individual clients.

• Assess and relay project progress to both clients and Management.

• Implement tasks and assignments related to the product roadmap.

• Provide guidance to the product development team regarding product evolution and priorities.

• Define overarching customer requirements for the customer experience, including product features, functions, target markets, and pricing.

• Evaluate market competition by comparing the Company’s products with those of competitors.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in product or service development.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Experience in product development.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to foster relationships and ensure collaboration across First American product companies.

• Project management skills.

• Proven success in designing, developing, and executing projects.

• Must successfully complete a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where allowed by applicable law.
