Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Product Manager on a global HR/HCM transformation initiative.

• Establish the product vision and its evolution.

• Liaise between business, HR, technology, implementation teams, and worldwide stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into priorities, specifications, and value-oriented deliverables.

• Oversee the backlog and product roadmap.

• Collaborate with international teams.

• Operate in accordance with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable position within intricate corporate settings and global projects.

• Familiarity with HR/HCM/HRIS products, platforms, or processes.

• Experience in managing backlogs and roadmaps while converting business needs into technological deliverables.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient or fluent in English.

• Willingness to work in sync with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST).

• Experience with Workday HCM and global HR transformation initiatives is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HR processes and HCM ecosystem integrations is beneficial.

• Background in international implementations and large-scale environments is a plus.

• A collaborative team player.

• Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and a sense of urgency.
