Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction of Ema's product.

• Conduct customer research and discovery initiatives.

• Establish the product strategy and roadmap.

• Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Work together with engineering and design teams to deliver features.

• Evaluate metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

• Create a go-to-market strategy and plan for launches.

• Promote the utilization of innovative AI functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or enterprise software.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

• Proven experience in delivering multiple features from start to finish.

• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and analytics.

• Competence in customer research and a deep understanding of user needs.

• BTech degree in Computer Science or a related field from reputable institutions.

• Experience as a Product Manager in high-growth SaaS companies (50-500 employees) is preferred.

• Familiarity with platform or API products is preferred.

• Background in AI/ML product development is preferred.

• Exposure to enterprise sales support and go-to-market strategies is preferred.

• Expertise in analytics and A/B testing is preferred.
