Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle for assigned products and features, spanning from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization.

• Establish and convey product roadmaps that balance customer requirements, business objectives, and market opportunities.

• Recognize emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive insights to shape product strategy.

• Conduct customer research, collect feedback, and convert insights into product improvements and innovations.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business partners to deliver impactful solutions.

• Employ critical thinking and data-driven decision-making to assess opportunities, prioritize investments, and tackle complex business challenges.

• Track product performance, adoption metrics, and customer outcomes to uncover optimization and growth possibilities.

• Advocate for continuous improvement by testing ideas, questioning assumptions, and promoting product innovation.

• Create and sustain product requirements, documentation, and knowledge resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in product management.

• Preferred background in pricing, packaging, and subscription management solutions.

• Proven track record of managing product or feature lifecycles from inception through launch and enhancement.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience utilizing customer insights, market research, and data to guide product direction and prioritization.

• Capability to foresee future customer needs and pinpoint opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
