Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for various platform capabilities within the Platform & Data Integration portfolio.

• Convert customer challenges, business goals, and technical limitations into scalable product functions.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, technical investment, and business potential.

• Lead AI-assisted product discovery, refinement, and delivery across APIs, data connectors, metadata-driven workflows, integration services, and import/export functionalities.

• Design scalable and reusable platform capabilities suitable for a range of customer environments.

• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, UX designers, Product Owners, Solution Managers, and Principal Product Managers.

• Engage in technical design discussions focused on usability, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Interact with customers, implementation teams, and technology partners to comprehend integration challenges.

• Foster cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, UX, Services, Customer Success, and Support.

• Assist in launches through release readiness, demonstrations, documentation, and customer enablement.

• Establish success metrics and analyze customer feedback, usage analytics, and operational metrics.

• Assess and implement AI to enhance user experiences, automate repetitive tasks, simplify workflows, and improve research, prioritization, documentation, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related technical field is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in software product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or data-heavy applications.

• Ability to appropriately utilize company-approved AI tools while safeguarding confidential information, validating AI-generated content, and exercising sound professional judgment.

• Understanding of APIs, data connectors, interoperability, metadata exchange, data ingestion, and AI-enabled automation.

• Capacity to balance usability, performance, scalability, security, maintainability, customer requirements, technical factors, and business priorities.
