Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product roadmap planning and execution.

• Convert company business goals into a practical product strategy and roadmap.

• Utilize data-driven, customer-focused frameworks to prioritize features, enhancements, and new market opportunities.

• Perform ongoing competitive analysis and user research.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to align market needs and client feedback with product direction.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, requirements, launch, and post-launch iterations.

• Draft product requirements, define user personas, create basic wireframes, and validate features.

• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to synchronize product launches, optimize pricing models, and empower customer-facing teams.

• Establish product management processes and implement data analytics tracking.

• Share the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.

• Cultivate a culture of rapid experimentation, product-oriented thinking, and customer value.

• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management.

• Proven history of launching products or features that positively affected key business metrics.

• Strong analytical abilities; adept at utilizing data to guide decisions and assess impact.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of aligning stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in an agile setting.

• Good judgment in prioritization and making trade-offs under time and resource limitations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

• At least 5 years of experience in the GLAM sector (galleries, libraries, archives, museums).

• Background in higher education and research, scholarly publishing, digital preservation or content management, and government or public-sector areas.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with JIRA.
