This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the product strategy and roadmap.
• Produce product market requirements documents featuring prioritized attributes and justifications.
• Utilize AI tools to develop product prototypes and specifications.
• Observe and evaluate competitors.
• Create product positioning and messaging.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce sales tools.
• Suggest a comprehensive budget for product success.
• Provide brief training to the sales team during quarterly meetings.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration and influence business decisions without direct authority.
• Align stakeholders and ensure team agreement to launch products in the market.
• Commercialize new products to enhance market adoption and revenue growth.
• Oversee the product or product line throughout its lifecycle.
• Serve as a leader within the organization.
• Complete special projects and other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field demonstrating technical capabilities, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in quality measurement and reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of NCQA HEDIS and CMS Star measure specifications and requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of payer claims billing workflow.
• Familiarity with 837P/EDI standards.
• Strong analytical and product management abilities.
• Capability to interpret client business requirements and convert them into application and operational specifications.
• Proven success in defining and launching web-based services and products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and diverse teams.
• Technical background with experience in software development.
• Skill in influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL querying.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a sense of urgency.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as directed by Leadership (10-15%).
• Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
