This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products assigned to you.

• Strike a balance between customer requirements, business goals, market opportunities, and insights derived from data.

• Assess new technologies, AI capabilities, and competitive industry trends.

• Prioritize the product backlog to enhance customer value, business impact, and effectiveness of delivery.

• Oversee product discovery, solution design, and Agile implementation from initial concept to final release.

• Establish product requirements, acceptance criteria, and metrics for success.

• Design and implement experiments, beta testing, and validation processes.

• Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, product analytics, and insights powered by AI.

• Evaluate product performance based on operational and business metrics, and suggest improvements.

• Ensure that AI-driven features maintain privacy, transparency, equity, and foster customer trust.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams.

• Convey product strategy, roadmap priorities, customer insights, and product performance to stakeholders effectively.

• Promote best practices in product management and advocate for responsible AI use.

• Mentor, guide, and develop assigned Engineering Leads through feedback, performance assessments, and professional growth opportunities.

• Set priorities, expectations, and accountability standards for Engineering Leads.

• Assist in the career and leadership development of Engineering Leads.

• Cultivate an environment of trust, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and a focus on the customer.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in managing a product or significant feature area, demonstrating ownership throughout the product lifecycle.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Capability to establish product vision, prioritize roadmaps, manage backlogs, and successfully deliver products.

• Technical knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and platform functionalities.

• Practical understanding of AI/ML product concepts and experience in defining, testing, or iterating on AI-enabled features using AI-driven tools.

• Strong analytical skills, applying customer insights, analytics, and experimentation in product decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; skilled at influencing stakeholders and translating technical ideas into business value.

• Ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives, build consensus, and direct engineering execution.

• Proficient in Linear, Agile/Scrum methodologies, product analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, and AI productivity tools.

• Comprehension of market dynamics, customer requirements, competitive positioning, and business trade-offs.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, customer-oriented, and comfortable making independent decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.

• Preferred: Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software settings.

• Preferred: Experience in defining and launching AI/ML-enabled features.

• Preferred: Experience with A/B testing, product analytics, customer discovery, usability research, market validation, APIs, integrations, platform products, data-driven applications, responsible AI, privacy, transparency, and AI governance in education.
