This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and sustain product roadmaps.
• Establish MVPs and iterative release strategies that consider impact, feasibility, and speed.
• Convert stakeholder and business requirements into structured specifications.
• Oversee the delivery process from concept to design, development, testing, and launch.
• Draft epics, acceptance criteria, and Jira tickets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Create and manage epics, tasks, and workflows within Jira.
• Collaborate with Engineering on WordPress, Profile Builder, BuddyBoss, AI tools, data pipelines, integrations, and content hub frameworks.
• Define metadata schemas, field requirements, and platform-wide standards.
• Ensure uniformity across design systems, UI patterns, and reusable components.
• Partner with the team to conduct QA and validate functionality.
• Monitor KPIs and assess product impact.
• Analyze user behavior through GA4, dashboards, and custom analytics.
• Utilize data and insights to guide prioritization and ongoing improvement.
• Provide status updates, documentation, and insights for decision-making.
• Facilitate meetings to align stakeholders on goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
• Experience in developing products within CMS-driven environments (WordPress preferred).
• Strong capability in crafting user stories, planning MVPs, and overseeing product delivery.
• Experience with authentication, profiles, permissions, or identity systems.
• Familiarity with modern design systems and component-based architecture.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with BuddyBoss, Profile Builder, or other WordPress identity tools (nice-to-have).
• Experience in rare disease communities, healthcare, or nonprofit platforms (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation (nice-to-have).
• Prior experience with analytics pipelines or BI tools such as BigQuery, Looker, or Redash (nice-to-have).
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Figma, WordPress, ACF, custom blocks, Gutenberg, theme development, Profile Builder, BuddyBoss, Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, GA4, BigQuery, Slack, and Google Workspace.
