Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Establish the product strategy and roadmap for Avam's scientific offerings.

• Prioritize Avam's products and customer experiences, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.

• Collect feedback from visitors, staff, and various stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for enhancement.

• Create detailed product plans, objectives, and timelines to ensure a seamless transition from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with teams across the organization to plan, execute, and refine products, programs, or services.

• Define success metrics and track outcomes, including customer feedback, engagement, revenue, or other agreed-upon objectives.

• Utilize research and performance metrics to suggest adjustments and inform future product strategies.

• Oversee product budgets, schedules, and competing demands; proactively communicate risks or resource requirements.

• Keep stakeholders updated on priorities, progress, decisions, and outcomes.

• Ensure that products and experiences are accessible, aligned with Avam's values, and beneficial to the target audience.

• Record product decisions, processes, and lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

• At least 4 years of experience in product management within the biotechnology or life sciences sectors.

• Proven experience in managing scientific products from the discovery phase through to commercial launch.

• Strong capability to convert technical concepts into actionable product specifications.

• Familiarity with scientific product domains or technical settings, including biotech research tools, diagnostics, lab instrumentation, manufacturing workflows, and cleaner-energy materials applications.

• Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among research, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work purposes.

• Availability to align with EST/MST hours when necessary.
