Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage regularly with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of legal, finance, and governance workflows.

• Establish product direction and prioritize the roadmap by balancing customer needs, company objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to transform complex challenges into effective product solutions.

• Make informed product decisions by utilizing customer insights, market context, pricing strategies, packaging, and segmentation data.

• Partner with Sales, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Define product requirements and user stories for the engineering teams.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and the evolution of governance operations.

• Leverage AI tools to prototype concepts, accelerate discovery processes, and investigate potential solutions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer workflows through AI and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management focused on building B2B SaaS products.

• Proven ability to own product areas from initial discovery through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Strong product judgment with the capability to make considered trade-offs in dynamic environments.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Comfortable leading customer discovery initiatives and translating insights into product strategies.

• Familiarity with AI tools and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align teams with respect to product direction and outcomes.

• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Experience in Legal-tech, Fintech, or other complex enterprise software sectors (preferred).

• Must be eligible to live and work full-time in the US and Canada.
