This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of the commercialization strategy for Artivion’s innovative Endovascular Aortic Arch Repair stent graft portfolio.
• Take charge of upstream voice of customer initiatives and engage with external vascular surgeon clients.
• Convert market demands into product opportunities, ensuring that concepts are market-oriented and commercially feasible.
• Oversee new product introductions from inception to launch.
• Collaborate and lead within the Endo Aortic Arch and Bridging Stent cross-functional core teams.
• Provide product marketing assistance for project milestones and deliverables.
• Design and implement voice of customer and market research initiatives.
• Engage with customers and regional partners through travel, congresses, and symposia.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to foresee market shifts, trends, competition, and future needs.
• Assist in trial site selection, training, and engagement throughout clinical trials.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key opinion leader cardiac and vascular surgeons.
• Work alongside Sales Leadership on commercialization and integrated marketing strategies.
• Create training and marketing materials for commercial launch.
• Oversee the marketing budget on a quarterly basis.
• Utilize project management expertise effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in the medical industry.
• Prior product management experience in the vascular surgery sector is preferred.
• Strong clinical insight and ability to rapidly familiarize with new products and disease states.
• Proficient in conducting opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmap creation.
• Experience with voice of customer research and competitive analysis.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Capability to plan and execute market research initiatives while synthesizing market and customer insights.
• In-depth understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage various tasks and meet tight deadlines amidst competing priorities.
