Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete integration of external content and data feeds.

• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive requirements for broker data and content.

• Gather product and workflow enhancement requests from brokers and internal teams.

• Implement agile development practices and work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders to outline scope and quickly deliver features and improvements.

• Evaluate processes and tools alongside the broker research team to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for enhancement.

• Sustain and nurture broker and independent research relationships with key decision-makers across product, business, technology, and operations departments.

• Lead project management initiatives for partnerships with research providers.

• Develop and maintain a project roadmap with development teams, maximizing implementation costs, benefits, and timelines.

• Support successful content launches, which include announcements, marketing materials, documentation, user training, and internal training.

• Monitor industry trends and provide competitive insights to refine product vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in broker research.

• Strong understanding of broker data, content, and metadata.

• Experience in content delivery utilizing iterative/agile development methodologies.

• Proven success in delivering content from initial engagement through to release.

• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, maintain focus, and meet deadlines.

• Experience working with remote teams.

• Established relationships with broker research departments and key third-party distribution vendors.

• Strong analytical skills with an excellent attention to detail.

• Background in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application companies.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Excel, Word, Sheets, etc).
