📋 Description

• Take charge of the Operator product.

• Lead the product roadmap for features aimed at operators, such as onboarding, dashboards, reporting, compliance tools, and program management.

• Make decisions on prioritization based on the needs of operators.

• Conduct interviews, calls, and meetings with operators.

• Gain insights into affiliate quality assessment, multi-brand/multi-geo initiatives, and compliance across different jurisdictions.

• Monitor regulatory changes, new market opportunities, and evolving operator requirements.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to position the product effectively for operators.

• Convert product capabilities into messaging for operators, battle cards, and sales enablement resources.

• Provide contextual understanding for competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, product-driven SaaS environment.

• Establish success metrics, assess outcomes, and iterate based on insights.

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation in fraud detection, offer optimization, compliance verification, and reporting.

• Partner with the founding team to ensure AI functionalities address real challenges and maintain high quality upon release.

• Manage the delivery cadence and processes alongside engineering.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of affiliate tracking mechanics, covering the journey from click to registration, first-time deposit (FTD), and recurring actions.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting affiliate postbacks.

• Familiarity with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commission structures.

• Proven track record in diagnosing lost conversions, attribution discrepancies, and mis-tracked deals.

• Direct, practical experience on the iGaming operator side, either running or developing an operator’s own affiliate program.

• Understanding of fraud patterns, player economics, and affiliate quality assessments.

• Over 3 years of experience in Product Management.

• Strong skills in product discovery, including customer interviews, prioritization, and validation before development.

• Systems-oriented and outcomes-focused product thinking.

• Proficient spoken English communication skills.

• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and clients.

• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven product features is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Affilka, MyAffiliates, Income Access, or NetRefer is a plus.

• Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers is an additional benefit.
