This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +15 more states.
• Transform real-world security knowledge into Social Intelligence software that aids teams in identifying credible threats more swiftly.
• Cultivate in-depth understanding of customer personas, including those in corporate security, intelligence analysis, executive protection, threat assessment, branding, and communications teams.
• Regularly engage with customers and prospects through discovery discussions, ride-alongs, and feedback sessions.
• Keep an updated perspective on product strengths, areas for improvement, and potential challenges to address in the next 12–24 months.
• Monitor industry trends, shifts in the threat landscape, changes to platform and data access, regulatory updates, and competitor movements, translating these insights into implications for the roadmap.
• Take ownership of the Social Intelligence roadmap and determine what to develop, postpone, or reject.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when prioritizing tasks.
• Define problem sets and jobs to be accomplished for various initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on specifications, acceptance criteria, and milestone deliverables.
• Decompose large initiatives into manageable, releasable increments.
• Remain engaged through grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch preparations.
• Utilize Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to create prototypes and test concepts with customers.
• Leverage prototypes to dismiss weak ideas and enhance strong ones prior to Engineering commitment.
• Share proficiency in AI tools with the broader product team.
• Establish launch success metrics, including adoption rates, analyst efficiency, signal quality, retention impact, and revenue contributions.
• Examine product usage data and customer outcomes, report findings, and guide prioritization efforts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to position capabilities, shape messaging, and support Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Translate functionality into customer-facing narratives and practical applications.
• Lead internal training sessions, demonstrations, and Q&A forums.
• Operational experience in protecting individuals, businesses, or brands within corporate security, intelligence, threat assessment, executive protection, law enforcement, military, a global security operations center, or a similar environment.
• Practical experience with social and open-source threat intelligence products as a practitioner.
• Proficient knowledge of manual open-source intelligence tradecraft, encompassing source discovery and validation, platform-specific searches and Boolean logic, geolocation and imagery verification, persona and account analysis, and corroboration across various sources.
• Experience in product management or demonstrated ownership of a product-adjacent role such as intelligence program design, tool selection, or internal capability enhancement.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to make decisions based on incomplete or conflicting information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging in technical discussions with Engineering and strategic conversations with executives.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
• Collaborative, ego-free mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Resourcefulness.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
• Existing authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
