Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the product discovery process and independently gather client-facing requirements.

• Convert client and business needs into a strategic product plan and quarterly roadmap priorities for the Worker domain.

• Own and manage a roadmap that is shared with various stakeholders throughout the product organization.

• Oversee the product backlog, write user stories, and develop accompanying requirements documentation.

• Participate in stand-ups and regular Scrum meetings, and engage in early-stage refinement for quarterly epics.

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers during quarterly planning and stay involved in user acceptance testing.

• Create detailed product requirements and documentation for the Sales and Client Success teams.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Client Success, and clients to address technical debt, features, and enhancements.

• Report to the Group Director of Product.

• Assist in aligning product investments with customer needs, business goals, and long-term product strategy.

• Experience in leading product discovery, gathering customer-facing requirements, developing product strategy, and creating roadmaps.

• Proven track record in managing a product backlog and crafting clear product stories and supporting documentation.

• Ability to work directly and independently with clients to identify their needs and convert findings into actionable product direction.

• Adaptability and resilience in response to shifting priorities and organizational changes.

• Strong collaboration skills across various teams.

• Capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Successful completion of a background check.
