Product Manager, Asset Integrity – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of solar products in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

• Engage in the creation and enhancement of product roadmaps, taking into account business goals, customer requirements, market opportunities, and data analysis.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product results.

• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to inform roadmap and feature development.

• Execute user research, discovery sessions, prototyping, user acceptance testing (UAT), and beta testing.

• Develop prototypes, testing materials, release documentation, user guides, release notes, and sales support documents.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches.

• Establish and monitor product performance metrics and feedback mechanisms.

• Present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Recognize industry trends, particularly in AI-driven product workflows.

• Apply, assess, and refine enhancements to product development efficiency.

• Spearhead projects in areas lacking established best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of direct experience in Product Management.

• Strong data analysis skills with the capability to make decisions based on data.

• Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Sisense, and Managed Cloud Platforms (MCPs).

• Experience in B2B software development, particularly in the renewable energy sector (preferred).

• Exceptional strategic planning abilities with a proven track record of translating vision into actionable plans.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Must reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without requiring visa sponsorship.

• Must hold a valid passport.
