This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to and clearly articulate a comprehensive product vision and a cohesive roadmap for the AI Transformation and Salesforce teams.
• Analyze the AI landscape and assess internal user needs to prioritize AI products, enhancements for Salesforce, and automation opportunities.
• Take ownership of product development across both teams, which includes discovery, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, backlog management, and delivery.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies and adoption initiatives with various business units.
• Arrange Salesforce platform tasks and AI projects in a logical sequence while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business units, Legal, Security, Compliance, AI governance processes, and Salesforce stakeholders to foster adoption and uncover growth opportunities.
• Define and evaluate key product metrics, utilizing data to guide decisions and enhance performance.
• Deliver customized updates to senior leadership, stakeholders, and squad members.
• Expertise in managing AI/ML-based products.
• Proficient in handling complex data processing and analytical tasks to drive business results.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies, such as LLMs and agentic workflows, to achieve concrete business results.
• Proven history of successful implementation of AI technologies.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including Sales/Service Cloud, release cycles, and admin/configuration concepts, is strongly preferred.
• A proactive approach with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to excel in cross-functional environments and deliver scalable solutions that align with user needs.
• A data-driven mindset focused on iterative product enhancements to maximize impact.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to develop new products from the ground up and thrive in uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex messages and trade-offs effectively to both engineers and executives.
