Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO)

• Develop groundbreaking AI products from inception to execution

• Manage the product roadmap and define features

• Lead design evaluations and suggest UX enhancements and subsequent features

• Outline the complete product landscape from the dashboard to all feature and module interconnections

• Convert product insights into onboarding processes, product marketing content, and in-app educational resources

• Become the primary product authority and oversee the entire product experience

• Simplify product complexities into a cohesive, user-friendly interface across modules

• Identify opportunities, inconsistencies, and gaps through in-depth product analyses, data assessment, and customer feedback

• Cross-verify specifications, staging, and production states to identify discrepancies and regressions

• Prioritize and implement straightforward, high-impact enhancements with minimal oversight

• Engage in introductory, live technical task, team, CEO, and CPO interviews as part of the recruitment process

• Hands-on, detail-oriented Product Manager who quickly becomes a “Central Power User”

• Responsible for the end-to-end user experience (UX)

• Identifies product gaps through in-depth analyses and data

• Demonstrated experience in enhancing onboarding processes and increasing conversion rates while decreasing drop-offs

• Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design

• Capable of mapping the entire product landscape across all modules

• Highly inquisitive and willing to question decisions and suggest alternatives

• Exceptional attention to friction points, inconsistencies, missing links, and unrecognized opportunities

• Proficient in cross-referencing specifications, staging, and production states to pinpoint gaps and regressions

• Highly data-oriented and customer-focused; utilizes usage signals and customer insights for prioritization

• Action-driven prioritization; minimizes overbuilding and curtails UI clutter

• Thorough and detail-focused

• Strong ability to distinguish significant issues from trivial ones

• Produces detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight

• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering while independently driving UX when necessary
