This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Collaborate closely with the CPO to develop innovative AI products from inception to launch.
• Become the key authority and take full ownership of the product experience from start to finish.
• Simplify complex product functionalities into a cohesive, user-friendly experience across various modules.
• Manage the product roadmap and define feature sets.
• Lead design evaluations and suggest UX enhancements and subsequent features.
• Outline the complete product landscape, including the dashboard, features, and module interconnections.
• Convert product insights into onboarding materials, marketing pages, and in-app educational content.
• Investigate product functionalities, pinpoint gaps and friction points, and recommend enhancements.
• Compare specifications, staging, and production environments to identify discrepancies and regressions.
• Prioritize enhancements based on usage metrics and customer feedback.
• Create PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and design assets.
• Work in tandem with design and engineering teams while also autonomously guiding UX when necessary.
• Immediate availability is preferred, though all candidates will be considered.
• Detail-oriented and hands-on Product Manager.
• Quickly establish yourself as a primary user and product authority.
• Own the user experience from beginning to end.
• Identify gaps through in-depth product analysis and data examination.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing onboarding processes to drive increased conversions and reduce drop-offs.
• Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.
• Highly inquisitive and willing to question decisions and suggest alternatives.
• Passionate about identifying friction points, inconsistencies, untapped opportunities, and missing links between modules.
• Capability to compare specifications, staging, and production states to spot gaps and regressions.
• Exceptionally data-driven and customer-focused; utilizes usage data and feedback for prioritization.
• Prioritizes actions effectively; avoids unnecessary complexity and minimizes UI clutter.
• Meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Strong discernment between what is important versus what is peripheral.
• Capable of producing detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.
• Able to independently drive UX initiatives when required.
