This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO)
• Develop innovative AI products for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) from inception to launch
• Take charge of the product roadmap and define features
• Lead design evaluations and suggest UX enhancements and forthcoming features
• Outline the complete product landscape, from the dashboard to each feature and cross-module interactions
• Convert product insights into onboarding processes, marketing materials, and in-app educational content
• Establish yourself as the primary product expert and oversee the entire product experience
• Simplify complex product functionalities into a cohesive and integrated user experience across various modules
• Compare specifications, staging, and production environments to pinpoint gaps and regressions
• Prioritize enhancements based on product usage metrics and customer feedback
• Work in partnership with design and engineering teams while autonomously managing UX when necessary
• Immediate joiners are preferred, though all applicants will be considered
• Detail-oriented, hands-on Product Manager
• Quickly become a “Central Power User” and the main product authority
• Own the complete UX process
• Identify gaps through in-depth product analysis and data assessment
• Demonstrated success in optimizing onboarding processes and improving conversion rates while reducing drop-offs
• Strong aesthetic sense in UX/UI and interaction design
• Highly curious, eager to explore every aspect of Central, inquire “why,” question decisions, and suggest better alternatives
• Passionate about recognizing friction points, untapped opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing inter-module connections
• Capable of cross-referencing specifications, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions
• Highly data-driven and customer-focused, utilizing usage data and customer feedback to set priorities
• Proactive in prioritizing tasks and able to deliver straightforward solutions without overcomplicating
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Strong discernment regarding what is significant versus trivial, ensuring UX simplicity is maintained
• Capable of creating comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working alongside design and engineering teams
• Able to independently drive UX initiatives as necessary
