This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop pioneering AI products from inception to launch.
β’ Take charge of the product roadmap and define its features.
β’ Lead design evaluations and suggest UX enhancements and subsequent features.
β’ Map the entire product landscape, including the dashboard, all features, and inter-module connections.
β’ Convert product insights into onboarding materials, marketing pages, and in-app educational content.
β’ Establish yourself as the primary product authority and manage the product experience comprehensively.
β’ Simplify product complexities into a streamlined, cohesive UX across various modules.
β’ Leverage product usage analytics and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements.
β’ Recognize gaps and regressions across specification, staging, and production stages.
β’ Partner with design and engineering teams while independently driving UX when necessary.
β’ Immediate availability is preferred, though all candidates will be considered.
β’ A proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager who quickly becomes a "Central Power User."
β’ Responsible for managing the end-to-end UX.
β’ Identifies gaps through in-depth product analysis and data evaluation.
β’ Proven track record in enhancing onboarding processes to achieve higher conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
β’ Highly inquisitive and eager to investigate every aspect of the product.
β’ Passionate about uncovering friction points, inconsistencies, unexploited opportunities, and missing links between modules.
β’ Capable of cross-referencing specification, staging, and production states to identify gaps and regressions.
β’ Exceptionally data-driven and focused on customer needs.
β’ An action-oriented prioritizer who minimizes overbuilding and lessens UI clutter.
β’ Attentive to detail and meticulous in approach.
β’ Possesses sound judgment regarding priorities and the simplicity of UX.
β’ Able to generate thorough PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.
β’ Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams while also capable of independently leading UX when required.
