Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CPO to develop groundbreaking AI products from inception to launch.

• Take charge of the product roadmap and define key features.

• Facilitate design reviews and suggest UX enhancements as well as future feature developments.

• Outline the complete product landscape, covering the dashboard and all feature and module interconnections.

• Simplify product complexity into a cohesive, user-friendly experience across all modules.

• Convert product insights into onboarding processes, marketing pages, and in-app educational materials.

• Analyze specifications, staging, and production phases to pinpoint gaps and regressions.

• Utilize product usage data and customer insights to prioritize enhancements.

• Deliver straightforward, impactful improvements with minimal oversight.

• Emphasize product strategy, UX excellence, and feature development direction.

• Manage the UX process from start to finish.

• Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.

• Highly inquisitive and willing to question decisions and suggest alternatives.

• Exceptional focus on product friction, inconsistencies, missing elements, gaps, and regressions.

• Data-driven and customer-focused approach.

• Prioritize actions effectively while avoiding unnecessary complexity.

• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of distinguishing crucial issues from trivial ones.

• Capable of creating comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.

• Able to independently drive UX initiatives when necessary.
