Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to develop innovative AI products from inception to launch.

• Become the primary authority and manage the product experience from start to finish.

• Simplify complex processes into a clear, cohesive, and integrated user experience across different modules.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and define key features.

• Lead design evaluations and suggest UX enhancements and future feature developments.

• Outline the complete product landscape, from dashboard functionalities to feature integrations and inter-module connections.

• Convert product insights into onboarding processes, marketing materials, and in-app educational content.

• Compare specifications, staging, and production environments to detect inconsistencies and regressions.

• Utilize usage data and customer insights to prioritize enhancements for the product.

• Deliver straightforward, impactful improvements with minimal oversight.

• Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), task tickets, prototypes, and design elements.

• Work alongside design and engineering teams while also taking the lead on UX when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for immediate joiners, but all candidates will be considered.

• Hands-on and detail-oriented Product Manager.

• Ability to swiftly become a "Central Power User."

• Take full ownership of the user experience from beginning to end.

• Identify gaps through in-depth product analysis and data examination.

• Demonstrated experience in optimizing onboarding processes to enhance conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.

• Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.

• Highly inquisitive and willing to question existing decisions.

• Passionate about pinpointing friction points, inconsistencies, unutilized opportunities, and missing links between modules.

• Extremely data-driven and focused on customer outcomes.

• Action-oriented with a prioritization approach that minimizes overbuilding and UI clutter.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous.

• Sound judgment regarding priorities and distractions.

• Capable of producing detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.

• Able to independently drive UX initiatives when required.
