Product Manager – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Develop groundbreaking AI products from inception to launch while collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer.

• Become the primary product expert and take full ownership of the product experience from start to finish.

• Simplify complex product functionalities into a seamless, user-friendly experience across various modules.

• Manage the product roadmap and define key features.

• Lead design evaluations and suggest enhancements for user experience and future features.

• Create a comprehensive map of the entire product landscape, from the dashboard to each feature and module connection.

• Convert product insights into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app educational content.

• Investigate the product, pinpoint friction points and gaps, and prioritize enhancements based on usage data and customer feedback.

• Compare specifications, staging, and production states to detect any regressions.

• Generate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), tickets, prototypes, and design concepts.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams while independently driving user experience when necessary.

• A hands-on and detail-oriented Product Manager who quickly becomes a "Central Power User."

• Responsible for the entire user experience.

• Identifies gaps through in-depth product analysis and data examination.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing onboarding processes to enhance conversion rates and minimize drop-offs.

• A strong appreciation for user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and interaction design.

• Highly inquisitive, willing to question decisions, and able to propose improved alternatives.

• Passionate about uncovering friction points, inconsistencies, untapped opportunities, and missing module connections.

• Capable of cross-referencing specifications, staging, and production levels to detect gaps and regressions.

• Extremely focused on data and customer needs.

• Ability to prioritize actions and deliver straightforward solutions effectively.

• Detail-oriented with strong judgment regarding priorities and user experience simplicity.

• Competent in producing thorough PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.

• Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.

• Immediate availability is preferred, but all candidates will be considered.
