This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
β’ Develop innovative AI products tailored for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to create groundbreaking AI products from inception to launch.
β’ Take ownership of the product roadmap and define key features.
β’ Lead design review sessions and suggest UX enhancements and subsequent feature developments.
β’ Map the entire product landscape from the dashboard to every feature and module connection.
β’ Simplify complex product experiences into a cohesive, user-friendly interface across modules.
β’ Convert product insights into effective onboarding processes, marketing materials, and in-app educational content.
β’ Investigate the product to uncover friction points, inconsistencies, unexploited opportunities, and absent module connections.
β’ Cross-check specifications, staging, and production environments to identify gaps and regressions.
β’ Prioritize enhancements based on usage data and customer input.
β’ Minimize UI clutter and deliver straightforward, impactful solutions.
β’ Work in tandem with design and engineering teams while also driving UX initiatives independently when necessary.
β’ Preference for immediate joiners, though all candidates will be considered.
β’ Practical, detail-oriented Product Manager.
β’ Quickly establish yourself as a key power user and product authority.
β’ Manage UX comprehensively from start to finish.
β’ Identify gaps through in-depth product analysis and data evaluation.
β’ Demonstrated success in optimizing onboarding processes to achieve higher conversion rates and lower drop-off rates.
β’ Strong judgment in UX/UI and interaction design.
β’ Highly inquisitive, eager to delve into every product aspect and challenge existing decisions.
β’ Employ a data-driven, customer-focused approach using usage metrics and customer feedback.
β’ Detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
β’ Strong ability to discern critical issues from less significant noise.
β’ Capable of producing thorough PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal oversight.
β’ Comfortable collaborating with design and engineering teams.
β’ Able to lead UX initiatives independently when required.
