Product Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the product roadmap by managing the planning and execution of deliverables set for 30-, 60-, and 90-day cycles.

• Organize, prioritize, and uphold the product backlog, ensuring that requirements, objectives, and delivery criteria are clearly defined.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to facilitate the implementation of features.

• Address inquiries regarding requirements and business rules, ensuring the technical team comprehends the necessary developments.

• Monitor sprint progress, identify obstacles, and modify priorities as needed.

• Integrate requests from external projects into the backlog, evaluating their relevance and alignment with the product strategy.

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to comprehend their needs, align expectations, and negotiate timelines.

• Convert business needs into functional requirements and specifications that are easily understood by the development team.

• Oversee deliverables through production release, ensuring they align with the established scope and objectives.

• Reassess priorities and establish new backlog items as the product progresses, based on feedback and identified needs.

• Collaborate closely with product leadership to ensure strategic alignment and the ongoing evolution of the solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product management capacity.

• Familiarity with or practical experience in artificial intelligence projects, especially AI agent-based solutions.

• Understanding of fundamental AI concepts along with knowledge of current market trends and developments.

• Capability to structure and prioritize backlogs, define requirements, and manage product roadmaps effectively.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating with development teams.

• Technical comprehension of logic, workflows, and the operation of technology solutions; software development experience is not mandatory.

• Ability to convert business needs into precise requirements for technical teams.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Organizational skills, independence, and the capacity to manage priorities while tracking multiple demands.

• Proficiency in English to understand written communications and participate in meetings with international teams.

• Preferred: experience with generative AI products, intelligent agents, or AI-driven automation.

• Preferred: experience with SaaS platforms and scalable technology solutions.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with AI tools, agent creation, and automated workflow development.
