This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the core functions of Access Reviews, including the agents responsible for configuration, scoping, launching, and executing reviews through API and MCP.
• Create reviews that are initiated by events instead of relying on a calendar schedule.
• Develop autonomous decision-making processes with transparent reasoning, ensuring trusted human review when necessary.
• Broaden the scope of reviews to encompass applications, identities, policies, non-human identities, and AI agents.
• Oversee product strategy, quarterly planning, roadmaps, trade-offs, and outcomes.
• Guarantee that delivered products yield defensible, audit-ready evidence.
• Engage directly with customers, prospects, and field teams, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
• Report to the Head of Product and work collaboratively with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Proven product management experience with ownership of a customer-facing product that has significant business impact.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, governance, or risk workflows, or experience with a similar high-volume human-decision product.
• Background in integrating AI into production workflows where trust is a key factor for adoption.
• Knowledge of explainability, confidence, model errors, and assessing recommendations for action.
• Regularly utilize AI in product development tasks, including research synthesis, prototyping, specification writing, or data analysis.
• Demonstrated success in influencing user behavior and improving metrics through product decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills in product development and design partnerships.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and auditors alike.
