Product Manager – 3DX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the train's functional capabilities.

• Engage in various milestones for new features, from gathering requirements to production release (R4M, DoR, socialization).

• Develop features based on the Functional Architecture Dossiers.

• Assess features demonstrated by the team during PO presentations.

• Confirm features after consulting with the Business (BT – Business Transformation).

• Oversee the train backlog for prioritization and preparation for PI Planning.

• Ensure that teams provide estimates for capabilities.

• Prioritize tasks in advance of PI Planning.

• Facilitate PI Planning sessions.

• Manage plan adjustments during the PI by guiding discussions among teams within and across trains.

• Monitor changes by creating and leading CCBs (Change Control Boards).

• Organize PO Sync meetings to track development progress.

• Raise potential blockers as necessary.

• Participate in various follow-up meetings (PM Sync, LS Sync, Improvement Workshop).

• Collaborate closely with the HAT to ensure effective management of implementation teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of SAFe, especially the Airbus OnePlatform version.

• Familiarity with 3DX.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of the D3.js, RxJS, and NgRx libraries.

• Excellent active listening skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Negotiation abilities.

• Capacity to synthesize information.

• High responsiveness.

• Effective decision-making skills.
