This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the Product strategy.
• Develop strategies for feature adoption across various programs and manage tracking/reporting, including catalogs, event planning, dashboards, and marketing tools.
• Gather and utilize feedback for continuous feature enhancement.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and senior leadership to establish measures for product success.
• Convert business priorities into KPIs for feature development.
• Aid in prioritizing features based on business KPIs and product considerations.
• Evaluate feature results and outcomes to assess success and stakeholder value.
• Conduct market research and collect product data.
• Investigate feature usage, user experience, healthcare trends, and emerging topics like AI.
• Keep informed about Salesforce functionalities and features.
• Transform developed features into compelling selling points.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative data-gathering initiatives, such as communities of practice, surveys, polls, and feedback sessions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with business and service strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and rank product offerings and enhancements.
• Communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
• Provide support for current and upcoming telephony projects, including migrations.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of contact center telephony features.
• Share strategies and work with IT teams on proofs of concept, prototypes, and final products.
• Contribute to prioritizing business requests to ensure development resources focus on high-value tasks.
• Offer product design, guidance, and oversight for UI/UX components.
• Support cross-functional teams and other product groups.
• Assist the product team with additional projects and tasks as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, or Computer Information Systems; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership; experience with Patient Support Programs is advantageous.
• 3+ years in a product management position.
• Proficient in software development life cycles.
• Experience in the Agile framework is beneficial, especially with Salesforce.
• Excellent business, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, with the capacity to prioritize personal and team tasks to consistently meet commitments.
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to enhance outcomes.
• Professional certification in Agile, LEAN, and/or Pragmatic Marketing.
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
