Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Assist the product team in engaging with users, internal departments, and external partners to collect feedback and convert it into precise product specifications.

• Help address stakeholder inquiries while identifying straightforward internal process challenges and opportunities for enhancement.

• Support product development sprints and track the progress of engineering and design tasks.

• Aid in the preparation of user stories, test cases, and release notes.

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, engineering, and customer support during product launches and issue resolution.

• Assist in conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, and compiling insights.

• Monitor essential product metrics, perform basic data analysis, and generate reports.

• Help assess user behavior, experiments, and performance trends.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the product roadmap, documenting feature ideas, enhancements, and feedback.

• Carry out basic research on industry trends and competitor products, summarizing key findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong enthusiasm for product management, technology, e-commerce, or user experience.

• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets/Excel).

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, in written and spoken forms.

• Curious, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn rapidly in a dynamic environment.

• Basic knowledge of product workflows (requirements, wireframes, QA) is advantageous.

• Experience with Figma, diagramming, or prototyping tools is beneficial but not mandatory.

• A strong passion for the re-commerce and e-commerce sectors is a significant advantage.
