Product Management Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the product vision, discovery phases, roadmaps, and backlog management.

• Assist in developing and sustaining the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.

• Work alongside design and engineering teams to convert product requirements into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Perform market research focusing on customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.

• Collect and prioritize feature requests from both stakeholders and customers.

• Collaborate with data analysts to analyze product performance metrics and user feedback.

• Aid in product launches, encompassing go-to-market strategies, marketing coordination, and product releases.

• Promote effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.

• Partner closely with Product Managers and engage in Arity's culture of continuous learning.

• Target start date: May/June 2027.

• Current Rising Junior or Senior student.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong tendency to take initiative and action.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions while working remotely.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
