This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the space management and Soft FM services portfolio, which encompasses cleaning standards, portering, and catering products.
• Provide strategic guidance and elevate the portfolio to new heights of growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of four Product Managers.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, coaching, performance evaluations, promotions, and exits.
• Cultivate a high-performing, customer-centric, data-driven, outcome-oriented product culture.
• Manage staffing and focus areas across the product suite.
• Guide the team through new operational methods, portfolio adjustments, and product consolidation.
• Establish and uphold product roadmaps that align with business objectives, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Make investment decisions and communicate initiative priorities throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate deal closures and promote revenue growth.
• Address ambiguities, dependencies, and competing priorities that impact discovery quality and speed.
• Encourage ongoing discovery, outcome-focused roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Ensure validation through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Enhance the quality of requirements, stakeholder communication, prioritization frameworks, and release planning.
• Work in partnership with the Chief Architect and Engineering Managers on technical feasibility and platform constraints.
• Promote the adoption of AI-driven tools and analytics.
• Align product strategy with go-to-market plans and revenue objectives.
• Represent the company at external events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Maintain alignment, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion throughout the Group.
• Travel periodically to London and Kraków, approximately every two to four weeks.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a minimum of three years in B2B SaaS.
• At least two years of experience leading a team as a people manager.
• Proven experience guiding a team or product area through transitions, restructuring, or post-acquisition integration.
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI within product development and utilizing AI-driven tools.
• Proven track record of leading product discovery through various methods and converting insights into validated roadmaps.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to collaborate with Sales.
• Proficient in data analysis, including defining metrics, querying product analytics, and utilizing quantitative evidence.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in English at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Experience in empowered product trios or similar cross-functional teams involving engineering and design is a plus.
• Prior experience in healthcare, particularly in the UK market/NHS, public sector, or government-related markets is advantageous.
• Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments is desirable.
• Experience in integrating acquired products into a cohesive platform is a plus.
• Proficiency in Polish or German in addition to English is a bonus.
