📋 Description

• Analyze comprehensive and integrated datasets to derive value and impact business decisions.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to pinpoint value areas, create solutions, and provide insights aimed at reducing overall care costs and enhancing clinical outcomes.

• Interpret and analyze data sourced from healthcare providers, members/patients, and third parties.

• Assist in executing large-scale projects with minimal guidance from leadership.

• Identify and conduct root-cause analysis of data discrepancies.

• Present results and suggested solutions to leadership and/or clients.

• Manage various tasks and data review processes under direct supervision while adhering to targeted timelines.

• Aid in the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements.

• Identify potential opportunities for automation.

• Convey findings and insights both verbally and visually to non-technical business partners.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience handling large databases, data verification, and data management.

• Proficient in SQL/query languages.

• Preferably knowledgeable in programmatic coding languages such as Python and R.

• Familiarity with statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis is preferred.

• Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools.
