This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and business cases for defense, data center infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors.
• Convert customer requirements into comprehensive Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs).
• Deliver presentations on market trends, business updates, and product suggestions to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Aid in the management of the product lifecycle from inception to discontinuation.
• Contribute to pricing strategies, business models, and competitive positioning efforts.
• Facilitate customer design-ins via both virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and prospects to grasp application needs and pinpoint opportunities.
• Formulate customer engagement strategies in collaboration with global sales and solutions engineering teams.
• Participate in trade shows and conduct seminars to showcase PNT solutions.
• Craft product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Produce sales enablement materials, competitive analyses, product collateral, application notes, and sales training resources.
• Assist in cross-functional product launches across various regions.
• Evaluate market adoption, customer insights, and competitive trends.
• Engage in planning, scoping, and delivering commercial and government RFIs and RFPs.
• Create educational content and sales training materials for customers.
• Help in the development, maintenance, and review of marketing resources, datasheets, application notes, and sales/product collateral.
• Report directly to the Director, Product Line Management, PNT as an individual contributor.
• A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of this academic requirement.
• Proficient in reading datasheets, comprehending technical specifications, and participating in technical discussions.
• Strong grasp of product development, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management processes.
• Knowledge of P&L dynamics, market segmentation, value-based pricing, market analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM modeling), competitive positioning, business case formulation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and regionally up to 25% of the time.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.
• Advanced proficiency with office tools and applications for multi-dataset analysis.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the PNT industry.
• Background in supporting defense or aerospace clients.
• Experience with GPS/GNSS timing, frequency control, positioning, and/or inertial navigation systems and networking equipment.
• Familiarity with wireless communication systems and RF performance testing.
• Basic hands-on ability to operate the products.
• Eligibility to obtain a US DOD Secret security clearance.
