Product Lead – Trading Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and take ownership of the complete product vision.

• Clearly articulate the product vision to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Convert strategy into a prioritized product roadmap.

• Develop a billing model that aligns with revenue and profitability objectives.

• Lead the ideation and prototyping of products and facilitate discovery sessions.

• Engage in customer development activities, which include direct outreach to traders and potential users.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

• Define and outline features for development.

• Guide the development process utilizing Agile methodology.

• Implement proactive risk management and troubleshooting strategies.

• Create AI-driven prototypes, mockups, and wireframes.

• Collaborate with a product designer to apply UI/UX best practices.

• Enhance product user experience to promote conversion and retention.

• Monitor and optimize product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, and NPS.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses of web and product metrics using product database data.

• Make data-informed decisions in conjunction with the data analytics team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Practical experience in delivering SaaS products, including both B2C and B2B solutions.

• Proven ability to own and communicate the complete product vision.

• Familiarity with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools.

• Experience in managing customer development and market research independently.

• Experience in delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets.

• Active trading experience across various markets, such as futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or similar.

• Familiarity with day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading.

• Technical background with a comprehension of high-level architecture and technical limitations.

• Proficient in using AI for research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making.

• Ability to independently work with data using SQL or similar tools.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools.

• General software literacy with technical tools, dashboards, and developer workflows.

• High level of autonomy and independent decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to make swift decisions based on incomplete information and adjust course based on data.

• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Data-driven hypothesis development and analysis skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
