This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +4 more countries.
• Take charge of the recruitment and panel experience at Maze.
• Establish the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management within Maze.
• Enhance participant quality through feedback loops, quality signals, filtering, and improved participant experiences.
• Simplify the process for customers to recruit audiences across various study types and intricate enterprise use cases.
• Analyze panel performance to identify gaps in participant supply, quality, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Panel Operations to refine recruitment tools, workflows, and transitions.
• Assess and onboard panel partners, identifying integration opportunities to boost quality, coverage, or efficiency.
• Create more intelligent study routing to the appropriate participant supply.
• Maintain close contact with recruitment operations to ground product decisions in fulfillment realities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Research Partners to address customer needs, feasibility, packaging, adoption, and deal opportunities.
• Define and evaluate success metrics across participant quality, fulfillment, and recruitment experience.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and Design, while engaging with Product, Operations, GTM, Customer Success, Research Partners, and other product teams.
• Proven experience as a Product Lead or in a comparable role, managing complex product areas from strategy to execution.
• Proficient in working on products that encompass software, operations, and external partnerships.
• Skilled in transforming ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Comfortable engaging closely with operational workflows.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to provide clear recommendations even with incomplete information.
• Experience in close collaboration with Engineering and Design, as well as engaging stakeholders across the organization.
• Systems thinking mindset with a focus on scalable product solutions.
• Capability to balance customer experience, business needs, operational constraints, and technical limitations.
• Ability to act swiftly, make decisions with limited information, and embrace continuous learning.
