Product Lead – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with customers, prospects, and delivery teams.

• Assess demand and the willingness to pay.

• Determine which opportunities warrant further investment.

• Specify the problem, buyer, workflow, value, delivery model, and commercial model for each solution family.

• Advise on when to expand, narrow, or discontinue solution families.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery to translate engagement insights into reusable templates, datasets, and playbooks.

• Create commercial packaging, encompassing pricing logic, commercial models, and hand-off points with Build & Run.

• Safeguard NORA from evolving into a general AI consulting practice, prototype factory, or platform developed ahead of validated demand.

• Engage with Sales and customers.

• Report on portfolio progress utilizing evidence of conversion, reuse, and margin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and launching new products.

• Direct experience in identifying, researching, and bringing a product to market.

• Strong market research capabilities, including customer interviews, competitor analysis, and demand/pricing studies.

• Commercial acumen in professional services, software, or hybrid models, including decision-making on pricing, scope, or margins.

• Proficiency in product strategy across software versus services, platform versus focused solutions, and project versus recurring revenue trade-offs.

• Sufficient AI literacy to discuss architecture, limitations, evaluations, and costs with technical teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with structured, evidence-driven workflows is a plus.

• A structured, evidence-first mindset along with credibility across commercial, technical, and delivery teams is a plus.
